The Director of Administration oversees the organizational aspects of the Hospital, he is responsible for the administrative functions within individual departments and report directly to the Medical Director of the hospital.
The Director of Administration serves as the Secretary of the Management Board.

The Head of Clinical Services Coordinate activities of clinical departments, ensure services within the hospital are qualitative and efficient.

He is saddled with the responsibility of monitoring and training and retraining of health care workers within the hospital-approved standard and in line with national and international guidelines as well as collaboration with other departments of the hospital as the Head of research and Training.
